Rapidis offer a route planning engine dedicated to respect all restrictions and constraints associated with home care route planning. The optimization algorithm will create cost efficient routes, but also ensure that visit tasks are assigned to helpers known to the citizen and with the required qualifications. This edition also allows for multi modal route planning where some helpers use cars and others bicycles for their transportation. This way, both the mode of transportation and salaries are input to the route planning algorithm and factors that will be minimized. Rapidis route planning is an integrated part of the Deloitte solution for better planning om municipal home care in Denmark. Rapidis also deliver the core route planning as a cloud hosted web service to be integrated with other administrative solutions.
